We were interested in what actually goes on behind the scenes of a restaurant, so the crew at “On the Job” visited the culinary education department, other was known as Harper’s Restaurant, at H. Councill Trenholm State Technical College in Montgomery, AL, to find out just what it takes to make sure your favorite dish arrives on time without a hitch.
